Each session lasts an intensive 90 to 180 minutes, and both in-person and online via Zoom have proven equally effective.

Client Confidentiality Principle
- All information will be kept confidential except when we are legally obligated to report it, such as if something might result in injury to yourself or others. If you are uncomfortable answering any of the questions here, please leave them blank. Please understand that the more complete information you provide, the better we can help you.
- Women clients can invite friends, family, relatives, or partners to accompany them to the consultation or hypnotherapy session (if needed). and pregnant women (priority in my waitlist).
- Child/Teenage clients (7-18 years old) must attend with both parents. Given the importance of the role of parents, parents (father and mother) must undergo counseling first.
- Clients commit to two sessions, with a maximum of 4 - 6 sessions.

During hypnotherapy, brain activity shifts to alpha (relaxation), theta (memory access), and delta (emotional) wave patterns. These changes directly impact patterns, habits, emotional responses, and memories stored in the subconscious, resulting in not only gradual healing but also profound (permanent) transformation.
Why are our sessions 90 to 180 minutes long?
Because deep healing takes time. We use this time for:
● In-depth Pre-Treatment Interview (30 minutes): Mapping your issues.
● Treatment (90-120 minutes): The core part where transformation and release of root causes occur.
● Closing & Integration (Up to 30 minutes): Ensuring you are comfortable and ready for the integration phase.
After the Session:
For some topics, results can be felt immediately. For optimal changes, will be integrated over several weeks. We recommend a 4-7 day post-session integration phase to allow your mind to absorb the transformation. You'll notice the difference when you approach old situations with completely new reactions and experiences.

What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state in which a person's consciousness becomes more receptive to external suggestions. Hypnosis enhances memory and perception, and can trigger healing, increased creativity, and other quality-of-life improvements.
How Does Hypnosis Work?
Hypnosis automatically occurs whenever a person is deeply relaxed or focused, for example, when driving, reading an interesting book, or watching a movie. Professional hypnotherapists can help enter a hypnotic state and encourage desired changes with their hypnotic suggestions.
Can Everyone Be Hypnotized?
Anyone who wants to be hypnotized can be hypnotized successfully, as hypnosis is a very natural state.
What Does a Person Feel When Hypnotized?
Most hypnosis clients experience feelings of profound relaxation and peace. Common sensations include deep relaxation, tingling or numbness, a feeling of heaviness or floating, an increased urge to swallow, sudden jerking of body parts, eye twitching, and changes in breathing patterns. Generally, clients can hear 50-100% of what is said during a hypnosis session, as well as being aware of the temperature and sounds around them. Ninety percent of people typically become more alert and aware of hypnosis than normal. Approximately 10% of people become so deeply relaxed that they sometimes lose full memory, but most people can hear and remember their hypnotic experience.
Common Misconceptions About Hypnosis
Contrary to popular belief, hypnosis is not the same as sleep or unconsciousness. When hypnotized, clients can usually remember most of what is said. Clients do not lose control during a hypnosis session and can choose not to accept suggestions made by their hypnotherapist. Hypnosis makes it easier for people to make changes but almost never forces behavior that conflicts with their personal moral values.
What Happens If I Remain Hypnotized?
Don't worry! You will return to a normal state as guided by your hypnotherapist. The hypnotic state will automatically end at the client's request—including during self-hypnosis.
Do I Have to Reach a Very Deep State of Hypnosis to Achieve Therapy Results?
Not at all! In many cases, a light state of hypnosis is just as effective as a deep one.
Is Hypnosis Really an Effective Therapy?
Yes, and it's also a very safe, comfortable, and natural therapy. Hypnotherapy helps you direct your thoughts and achieve the results you desire.
